Chris Cox Signature hackamores are hand tied here at our ranch in Texas. Made out of our twisted nylon and double braid rope, in a beautiful combination of tan and black, the reins are 1/2" diameter. The Alamar knot on the front of the headstall is adjustable at the poll with Turks head keepers. This unique piece keeps the noseband centered on the horses nose when pressure from the opposite rein is applied and offers a truly unique look. The rope headstall is adjustable to provide the desired fit and placement for optimal comfort.
Hackamore comes in 3 different sizes:
Small: This size will fit colts and narrow nosed horses.
Medium: This size will fit a smaller quarter horses and young horses.
Large: This size is for mature horses, stocky breeds with larger heads.
