Shipping policy
Shipping Policy - Please allow 2-3 business days for your order to process (3-4 business days during November and December). In addition our shipping department is closed on Saturday and the store is closed on Sunday. If you place an order on Friday there is a chance your order will not process until Monday.
Shipping Providers - Chris Cox Horsemanship partners with FedEx, UPS and the United States Postal Service (USPS) to ship your packages. Standard shipping orders are shipped by USPS.
Shipping Timeframes - If you place your order before 11pm on a regular business day (Monday through Friday), your order will begin processing that day.
If you place an order on a holiday, Saturday or Sunday, or after 11pm on a regular business day, your order will begin processing the following business day.
Actual delivery times may vary depending on item availability.
Our warehouse does not ship packages on the following holidays.
Refused/Undeliverable Shipments - If an order is refused or returned to us due to inaccurate or incorrect address information or because it was declined or undeliverable, Chris Cox Horsemanship reserves the right to retain the original shipping/handling fee and to require additional payment for costs we incur related to the return of the undeliverable packages or merchandise to us before reshipping.
We are not responsible for lost, stolen, held, or damaged packages. We are not responsible for mis-delivery errors via carrier, or incorrect shipping info.
